Salonservice is a platform that connects clients with stylists and salons for seamless service bookings, payments, and schedule management. Who Can Use the App

Your Account

You are responsible for:

· Maintaining the security of your account and password

· All activities that occur under your account

· Updating your profile and contact info to ensure accurate communication

· We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate our policies.

Bookings & Payments

Clients:

· When you book an appointment, you agree to the stylist’s service price, duration, and cancellation policy.

· No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee.

Stylists:

· You must honour bookings and show up on time.

· Clearly list your service pricing, availability, and add-ons.

· Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. The Hair Salon App does not store full card details.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

· Use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive behavior

· Misrepresent your identity or services

· Spam or harass other users

· Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the app’s features

· Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or removal.

Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, and design elements are owned by The Hair Salon App. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them without permission.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep the app running smoothly—but we make no guarantees of uninterrupted service.
Salon service is not liable for:

· Disputes between clients and stylists

· Service outcomes or dissatisfaction

· Indirect or incidental damages from using the app

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify users via email or in-app alert.

Your continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
